Despite a successful foray into the adult film world, Nadya Suleman is back on welfare. When you have 14 kids to feed, it's harder to generate the cash.

The question now is how long she'll stay on the government payroll.

The bigger question is whether Octomom porn part deux is nigh!

Like the last time she was on public assistance, she plans to only stay on it as long as it's necessary. She wants to earn money and pay her own way.

It's what drove her to porn in the first place. Will it again?

Last summer, Nadya Suleman earned tens of thousands of dollars from stripping at a club, posing topless and most notably pleasuring herself on video.

But after a 28-day rehab stint in the fall to treat her anxiety and exhaustion - and the constant remands of raising 14 kids - she faced another setback.

"She spent most of her savings while she was in [rehab] paying for nannies, drivers, security and her treatment program," her rep, Gina Rodriguez, says.

"She does not expect to be on [welfare] longer than three months."

Luckily for Suleman, she does not have to make a $2,500 rent payment on her family’s 5,000-square-foot, two-story home in Palmdale, Calif., until April.

If she's strapped for cash at that point, look for her to strap on ... something else. You do what you gotta do when you're the Octomom, after all.

Octomom Nadya Suleman is ringing in 2013 in style.

Making good on her pledge to take taxpayers off the hook as soon as possible after announcing she's back on welfare again, the mother of 14 is re-deploying her assets.

Nads is reportedly being paid $20,000 to do a topless strip show at T's Lounge in West Palm Beach, Fla., the same club she was in a legal dispute with last year.

T's lined up Octomom to take it all off last year (above) as well, only to sue her for breach of contract after employees trash talked her and she bailed on the gig.

Obviously.

Anyway, Nadya and T's worked out a deal last month, and under the terms, Octo will perform four shows from February 14-16, getting paid twenty grand.

In return, T's will drop its lawsuit.

Sadly (or thankfully), lap dances are not on the table for patrons, so if you're gonna have to ogle a topless Nadya Suleman from a short distance. Sorry fellas.

Police were called to Octomom Nadya Suleman's home Thursday after she reported her seven-year-old son missing ... only it turns out he wasn't really.

For whatever reason, the maligned mother of 14 was convinced her son was not dropped off by the school bus at the usual time and freaked the f--k out.

School officials were confused, however, since the bus driver said he personally witnessed her greet the child when he was dropped off at home.

That's Octomom for you.

School officials contacted police because they were concerned, and police went to her residence, but by the time they got there, the crisis was averted.

Where was he, you ask?

Nadya Suleman's nanny, apparently, was the first to discover the boy sleeping in his room - where he usually takes naps after school. Imagine that.

Octomom swears to police that she doesn't remember greeting the kid at the bus stop, and is convinced someone else must've dropped him off.

Whatever. It's not the first time she's panicked about a non-missing kid. In 2008, she called police when she couldn't find a child ... who was with his grandma.

Hard to keep track of 'em all after you hit five or six ... let alone 14.

Octomom Nadya Suleman spent Valentine’s Day giving South Florida strip club goers a topless show, and showing off her significantly heavier physique.

It was the first three-night engagement at T’s in West Palm Beach, according to Gossip Extra, which got a couple of amazing pictures from the affair.

House strippers apparently little pink octopuses in the packed club as bouncers stuffed a deluge of tips that rained on stage during Octomom’s show.

“That’s how hard I’m trying to take care of my kids,” she said.

Truly, she is nothing if not dedicated to their well being.

She's put on a considerable about of weight since the release of the Octomom porn in 2012, but that didn't seem to be an issue for the crowd at T's.

Nadya Suleman was paid another visit by the Los Angeles Department of Child Services this week amid fresh allegations that she is unfit to raise her 14 kids.

Amazingly, this is unrelated to the Octomom topless strip club gig.

Representatives from the DCFS arrived at Nads' home Saturday night after a former nanny complained that she's been under the influence and her kids are suffering.

According to the nanny, Octomom is on drugs, drinking heavily to the point of blacking out and forgetting key details (reporting her kid missing when he wasn't, etc).

Moreover, Nadya Suleman lives in a filthy house, allegedly leaves her kids unbathed for days at a time and does not change their clothes for weeks in some cases.

Weeks.

DCFS made Octomom aware of the allegations against her, searched the premises and asked a ton of questions regarding her situation / condition before leaving.

Apparently DCFS didn't feel there was enough evidence to pull the kids out of the home - there's a VERY high threshold for that - but the investigation is still pending.

The agency has been there many times before. Most recently, in April 2012, her hair stylist complained of horrendous living conditions and DCFS showed up.

She was allowed to keep the kids then, miraculously. Will she be granted the same right this time? Or will officials finally decide that enough is enough?

On the plus side ... the Octomom porn recently won some AVN Awards. Actually maybe that's not a plus in this case, but congrats just the same, Octo.

Octomom Nadya Suleman is now the proud owner of a medical marijuana card, according to reports, due to her ongoing battle with anxiety issues.

She got the RX after leaving rehab for Xanax addiction - the biggest of her drug problems - and primarily consumes weed embedded in baked goods.

Nadya Suleman ingests pot both at home and on the road working. So basically whether she's with her 14 kids, or doing her topless strip club gig, she's high.

Regarding the former, Nadya believes the kids are NOT at risk even if she's under the influence, given that the anxiety problems she's treating are worse.

Sources close to the mom of 14 say she's been exhibiting increasingly bizarre, dangerous conduct of late ... even by her lofty standards of such things.

For one, there's the fact that Octomom is using marijuana. Legally, but still. Medicinal drug use for a woman who has had drug addiction problems? Suspect.

When said woman also has 14 kids? Potentially scary.

Friends say she's acting very bizarre and like she did last year, when she was videotaped inside a hotel room with her manager and raised real concerns.

We're talking wearing a onesie, cackling hysterically, cradling a drink and so forth. A video obtained by TMZ (see link in previous sentence) shows it.

This is not a lady known for normalcy, either, so when the red flags are flying from the people close to her who know her best, you can't help but wonder.

That footage was taken before Nadya Suleman went to rehab for prescription drug addiction, but still, if she's capable of acting like this, she's incapable of child care.

Should Octo's kids be taken away?

The infamous celebrity hackers have claimed a new victim: Octomom.

Guess they're defining "celebrity" pretty loosely as time goes on.

The celebrity hackers, who struck this week and last, may be just targeting any individual who is remotely infamous or potentially hateable at this point.

It's certainly not about using the info to steal money in broke Octo's case. Nadya Suleman probably has like no credit. Talk about a bad ID theft target!

Most of those who were hacked have reason to sweat, though.

The personal financial information of a shocking number of stars and government figures has been exposed. Even Michelle Obama was hacked.

Other victims include:

Mel Gibson, Lindsay Lohan, Kim Kardashian, FBI Director Robert Mueller, CIA Director John Brennan, VP Joe Biden, Tiger Woods, Mitt Romney, Beyonce and Jay-Z.

There may be more.

According to reports, the hackers' website - where they've posted a lot of the stolen information and people have even "used" some of it - has a thing for Dexter.

Vigilante justice. Doing away with bad people. That sort of thing.

Maybe they just saw the Octomom porn and were repulsed.

Octomom Nadya Suleman is under investigation for alleged welfare fraud, according to reports, and the mother of 14 could face jail time as a result.

Someone filed a complaint to the L.A. County Dept. of Welfare Fraud Prevention and Investigation (WFP&I), claiming Octo is screwing them over.

It's unclear who sold her out, but the allegation is that Suleman's been getting various forms of welfare, including food stamps, despite earning a solid income.

Nadya made nearly $200,000 in 2012. Octomom porn and all.

Under California law, she can legitimately collect public assistance if she earns less than $119,000 a year, which is not as much as you think with 14 kids.

Even so, if she made close to $200,000, that's not even close.

The WFP&I is conducting a probe and has already interviewed witnesses to determine if Nadya committed welfare fraud and should be prosecuted. 

She could be looking at three years in prison if convicted.

Proving she knowingly defrauded the state could be a challenge, but we wouldn't put anything past her, and you know all stones will be unturned.

Nadya Suleman will do anything to make ends meet, and tells Oprah Winfrey she has no regrets about some of the suspect ways she's done so.

The mom of 14 appeared on the March 19 episode of OWN's Oprah: Where Are They Now? On it, she defended the infamous Octomom porn.

"Years after I had [the octuplets], my manager and I collaborated together on doing an independent, um, self-pleasure video," Nadya Suleman says.

"I did it, obviously, to provide for my family. I don't regret it. Shockingly, it became one of the most liberating and empowering things I had ever done."

After shooting her porn film, Suleman danced topless at strip clubs on several occasions ... and went to rehab for anxiety, exhaustion and stress.

"And then it got worse, the panic. All these panic attacks! So I asked for help. I called it a 'life rehab.' I went to a treatment program for 30 days."

The single California resident, who is being investigated for welfare fraud there, adds, "In other words, someone, um, who's like a soldier in war."

According to TMZ, the investigation into whether Octomom committed welfare fraud is underway, with officials looking to establish how much bank she makes.

The L.A. County Dept. of Welfare Fraud Prevention and Investigation (WFP&I) recently got a call from someone claiming Nadya Suleman is cheating the system.

It's not clear who tipped them off or why.

Astonishingly, because she has 14 dependent children, Octomom can receive welfare support if she made less than $119,000 in a calendar year.

Almost more astonishingly, she actually may have made way more than that - around or over $200K - in 2012, which is where the fraud allegation comes in.

Investigators have begun calling people who have employed Nadya Suleman within the last year to see just how much Octo has been raking in.

Seriously. Her bank statements, canceled checks and wire transfer receipts are all being sought after, as well as contracts with any of her employers.

It could be she just has no idea what she makes - it's not like she gets one W2 for a $200K/year salaried job - but she could be in deep regardless.

If she is found to have committed welfare fraud, admittedly a difficult case to make against anyone, she could face up to three years in prison.

Nadya Suleman makes like Angelina Jolie - who she claims she did not even know existed before the media started comparing them - in the new issue of In Touch.

Yes, Octomom said that. She is not normal. Never has been.

In any case, she's well aware of her now, as you can see ...

"I do a lot!" the mother of 14 said. "I'm a cook, a chauffeur and a nanny," she said, adding that she doesn't "have some of the perks that other celebrity moms have."

True ... not every celeb mom is investigated for welfare fraud.

Regardless, the Octomom porn star "admires" Angelina because she "saves childrens' lives," but still insists "I don't think I look anything like her."

Nadya "Octomom" Suleman is in hot water for breaking her lease and moving out of her house ... and for reportedly leaving it in horrendous condition.

The landlord may need a lot more than hot water and paper towels to clean up the "den of filth" Octo left in her wake. You won't believe the squalor.

According to the landlord, the mother of 14 left behind ...

• Piles of trash
• Scattered toilet paper
• Broken blinds
• Empty booze bottles and cans
• A half eaten pizza
• Graffiti-riddled walls
• A general stench of pee

The embattled Octomom also "had not paid her rent for the month of April as of last Wednesday,” a source close to the landlord confirmed to Radar.

“Then, in the middle of the night, she moved her furniture and the kids out of the home, leaving the house in absolute squalor and smelling like urine.

“The landlord was disgusted."

The source said it was likely that the maligned mother of 14 was served with a notice giving her three days to pay her back rent or quit the lease.

“She’s bailed on the lease after trashing the home,” the insider added, unaware where the baby-making machine and her big brood have moved.

The trashed residence is the same Palmdale, Calif., home that police and child family services investigated her after receiving complaints last year.

In April of last year, a hair stylist provided photos of her kids running around barefoot with no pants, using portable potty training chairs in the backyard.

That led to a official investigation, but no action was taken against the Octomom porn star, who is also under fire from other government organizations.

She is also being accused of welfare fraud, given her surprisingly high income last year and the fact that she still receives public aid from California.

Will Nadya "Octomom" Suleman end up losing her kids following her latest scandal, in which she moved out of her rented house and left it in squalor?

As we reported yesterday, Octo peaced out of her Palmdale, Calif., home in the middle of the night, leaving an abhorrent "den of filth" in her wake.

According to a source, the whole house "smells like urine.”

The walls were riddled with graffiti, while discarded clothes, food and toys littered a stained carpet, leaving many to wonder if she's fit to take care of children.

“The pictures only prove what social workers feared most, that the children were living in filthy and unsafe conditions," says a social worker source.

"These conditions are deplorable for children to be around."

Nadya Suleman has already been under investigation by the Los Angeles County of Department and Family Services for several months as it is.

You can bet that will only be ramped up after this.

"It’s only a matter of time until Nadya loses custody of the kids. It’s just getting to the point where the children just aren’t safe in her care,” the insider adds.

“Social workers always try to keep families together, and in this case, it just comes down the kids safety. Nadya is clearly in way over her head."

Financial documents show Nadya Suleman could be in major hot water over her income from 2012 and the fact that she was still collecting welfare.

The Los Angeles County Department of Welfare Fraud Prevention and Investigation is looking into the mother of 14, who has been on public assistance.

If Octomom makes under $119,000 in a year, it's not a problem (lots of mouths to feed). But it looks like she made $150,248.77 last year - at least.

According to 1099 documents, the Octomom porn video made her $33,300, while some company called DD Entertainment paid her nearly double that.

It's not clear exactly for what, but she worked the pole at some Florida strip club gigs and even had a job with a payday loan company at one point.

Nadya Suleman also netted $57,500 from another mystery company, and was paid $813 to appear on the short-lived CW series H8R. Yes, $813.

Octomom reportedly collected more than $60,000 in welfare benefits, including food stamps, in 2012, a source familiar with the investigation said.

The investigation is still ongoing, but if the WFP&I determines Suleman committed welfare fraud, she could be facing more than three years in prison.

Fraud could be tough to prove, even if technically true, because if it was Suleman's goal to bilk the system, she's not exactly doing a good job of it.

She seems to have spent all of her income, whatever it came too.

As we reported last week, she was hit with an eviction notice for not paying $2,590 rent on her house, then peaced out in the middle of the night.

Leaving the place a "den of filth smelling like urine," sources say, with "beer bottles in the garage and toys and trash littered all throughout the house.”

If this woman is committing fraud, she sucks at it.

Nadya Suleman is in deep this time ... and we're not talking about the Octomom porn.

Welfare fraud investigators are on the cusp of seizing bank records and documents that may prove the mom of 14 has been stealing taxpayer money.

Intentionally or not, such an act could land her in prison.

Officials obtained a warrant to seize Nadya's financial and employment records, believing that she earned far more than the welfare threshold in 2012.

Astonishingly, she is still entitled to welfare benefits if she earns under $119,000 a year (14 kids and all). More astonishingly ... she may have doubled that.

The porno was a big seller, while her topless strip club gigs and payday loan endorsement deal also earned her some nice checks. She did well in '12.

Too well, officials believe, to be getting public assistance.

The L.A. County Dept. of Welfare Fraud Prevention and Investigation (WFP&I) is zeroing in on the home and office of Nadya Suleman's manager.

There, they think they'll find evidence that Nads earned upwards of $200K and defrauded the state by collecting welfare money on top of her earnings.

Welfare fraud carries up to three years in prison, during which her kids would become wards of the state ... which some might argue would be a step up.

The ongoing welfare investigation into Nadya "Octomom" Suleman has turned up some fairly damning evidence, according to her financial records.

L.A. County Department of Welfare Fraud officials got a tip that the mom of 14 was collecting government funds, despite making $200,000 in 2012.

Because Octomom has 14 dependent children, she can still qualify for public assistance if she earns $119K a year or less - a ton for most people.

But she made a lot more than that (due to the Octomom porn video, strip club gigs and more), and could be in deep trouble with the state as a result.

From January-May 2013, she got $6,666 she had no right to collect, on top of $9,016 in Food Stamps she shouldn't have gotten, for $15,683 total.

That's just for four months too. The investigation continues, and it looks like Nadya Suleman could very well be charged with welfare fraud, a felony.

Is proof of Octomom Nadya Suleman's alleged welfare fraud evident in profits she raked in from her adult film debut? According to a new report ... yes.

Authorities investigating the mom of 14 turned up more proof of possible welfare fraud thanks to paychecks from the Octomom porn, according to TMZ.

The L.A. County of Welfare and Fraud Department believes she Nadya Suleman was overpaid thousands of dollars in welfare funds from January-May 2013.

Authorities seized payment records from Vivid, the company that produced and sold the Octomom porn, and found her residual payments from the work:

• January: $1,839.74
• February: $2,537.27
• March: $1,807.97
• April: $7,381.99
• May: $3,026.67
• June: $1,295.37

That's a six-month total of $17,889.01 in just residuals. She's already accused of banking around twice the $110,000 threshold she needs to collect welfare.

Yes, because Nadya Suleman has 14 dependents, she can earn $110,000 a year and still be on public assistance. Yet officials think she cleared $200K-plus.

Octomom could be charged with fraud and face prison time, which may be the only thing worse than watching her XXX video or the Sydney Leathers porn.
